Benefits of Karate

There are many advantages to learning karate; it is not just about self-defence. You can expect to improve your self-confidence, increase your self-respect and self-discipline, improve your fitness levels, stamina and balance, and improve co-ordination. Above all, it's a fun and a great way to meet people.

The classes are run in a friendly, non-threatening way, so there's no need to be apprehensive about coming along for the first time and having a go.

Stuart works hard to maintain the high standards of powerful and traditional karate that he has inherited from his instructors, at the same time providing a welcoming and friendly atmosphere in the Dojo.

Stuart is assisted at the club by Sensei Jon Eaton (4th Dan),Sensei Luke Irving (3rd Dan) and Senpai Sid Siddalls (2nd Dan).

Marjon Sport and Health, Derriford, PL68BH

every Tuesday and Thursday as follows: 

(Tuesday / Thursday) Juniors ONLY Karate class 6:00pm - 6:45pm

(Tuesday / Thursday) Adult Classes 7:00pm -8:00pm
